Refund Policy
At Dava Devi Foundation, we value the generosity and trust of every donor who contributes to our mission of serving and protecting Gau Mata. Every donation helps us continue our seva (service) activities and care for injured, abandoned, and ailing cows.
Since all donations are used immediately and directly for charitable and welfare purposes, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. However, we understand that errors can sometimes occur during online transactions.
Donations made to Dava Devi Foundation are non-refundable as they are immediately allocated towards ongoing projects and cow care activities.
In exceptional cases — such as duplicate transactions, technical errors, or an incorrect amount being debited — we will review the request and, if verified, process a refund.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 working days of your donation with the following details:
- Full Name
- Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number
- Date and Amount of Donation
- Reason for Refund Request
